”My heart is overjoyed, Kingdom has finally come. When I see the face of my maker, the Father, the Son, No, I won't walk, I will run". ~Joy Enriques
Jesus is coming, Jesus is coming, Jesus is coming!
Have you ever anticipated something so much you could hardly sit still? When your favorite team is moments from winning the championship, or when you're seated on the edge of your seat, awaiting election results. I don't know if you've ever wanted something so badly, or waited for something with such eager expectation.
You know something? I believe, we could have the same attitude towards Jesus' second coming. He is coming, and the Bible says when He comes, He will wipe every tear from our eyes. There will be no be more death, no more crying, no more pain. The old things will disappear.
Revelations 21:4
So, this final message is a message of hope, to those who believe. We worship a God who lives, who's power is infinite and immeasurable. If we could tell of all the things He has done, we would spend our whole lives re-telling his awesome deeds. And one day, we will - for eternity.
Though Jesus came as a child, He was fully God, and fully man. What a mystery. He fulfilled the task that was assigned to Him by the Father, and now He is seated at the right hand of the Father.
Philippians 2:5-11 says this:
“In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage; rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death— even death on a cross! Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”
Our world is decaying, and even though science has made attempts to explain the mayhem and confusion, deep down we as God's children know, we can sense that this is a not a passing season that will go down in history. It's the beginning of the end.
How then is this a message of Hope?
Our hope is in the fact that Jesus lives. Kings and kingdoms have come and have gone. Great rulers and nations have risen and have fallen, but the Kingdom of Heaven, that shall never pass away. One day Christ will come down the clouds, and every knee will bow, and every tongue will confess that He is God alone.
As this new year unfolds, we eagerly await His coming. No one knows the day or the hour. But the times and seasons show us that He's right around the corner.
We worship and serve the King of kings, the Lord ALMIGHTY. This calls for reverence and utmost humility. What an honor it is to know God.
“After this I heard what sounded like the roar of a great multitude in heaven shouting: “Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God, for true and just are his judgments.”
Revelations 19:1-2a
Look around your immediate environment. Is there anyone who needs to know that Jesus is Lord? I encourage you, spread the word, let them know before it’s too late.
Jesus is coming! Jesus is coming! Jesus is coming!
And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written, “KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.”
Revelations 19:16

Serene Truth Resource was established under Forthwith Records with the goal of equipping men and women with God's Truth, which is the foundation and pillar upon which the church of the living God is built upon.
We want to be intentional about impacting our culture and generations now and after us with the message of the Gospel as the pillar and structure of our conversation calling men and women to repent and believe in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Being intentional about this message and holdfast to the 2 Timothy 3:16-17 which states “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work,” we desire to be a tool specifically designed to equip believers and ground them in God’s Word through the empowering of the Holy Spirit, resulting in the fruit of service and devotion in our daily lives.
